Tour Highlight: Pondicherry, the ‘French Riviera of the East,’ is endowed with, Rues and Boulevards lined with Mediterranean style houses, bakeries known for their French delicacies and Ashram of Indian Freedom Fighter Sree Aurobindo Ghosh who devoted his life to spiritual realization with an aim to liberates man’s consciousness and transforms his nature. The word ‘Pondicherry’ means new settlement, a city, which stillmaintains a seductive vision of the French-sub continental aesthetic. Relax and indulge in a special holiday to Pondicherry.
Schedule:
Day 1: You will picked up from home by 9:00 am to travel to Pondicherry by road in a fully accessible car. On the way, stop for lunch and reach Pondicherry by afternoon. After checking in to the hotel, head straight to the Promenade. Have French style tea/coffee at Le Cafe, right on the water’s edge. Soak yourself in the beauty of setting sun and vivid hues on the cloud.
Day 2: Paper Factory and Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus. Enjoy lunch at Aurobindo Ashram dining hall. In the afternoon go for a backwater boat ride to beautiful island beach – Paradise
Day 3: Visit Auroville, the foundation of which was laid as part of an experiment to let people of different nationalities, religion and caste to live together. Today over 1,700 people from different countries live in the 40 settlements of Auroville. Spend time to understand the objectives, activities and formation of Auroville. Post which, you will be directed to Matrimandir. In the afternoon head back to reach Bangalore by late evening.

Tour Highlight: One cannot help but be astonished seeing the grandeur of the temples built by Hoysala dynasty during 11th to 14th century. The ingenious architecture and inventive decoration, all unique to a classical craftsmanship, began a stylistic transformation of Karnataka temple architecture to reflect the social, cultural and political influence of Hoysala kings.
Take fascinating day journey through the temples of Hoysala and waterfalls on the sacred river Kaveri.
Schedule:
Morning Hours: You will be picked up from home at 8:00 am. From Bangalore, it will take 2:45 hour to reach the first destination, Somnathpura. On the banks of the river Cauvery, the ChennaKeshava temple, dedicated to Lord Keshava, was founded by the commander of the Hoyasala army, Somnath. The temple is famous for its splendid elaborate intricate and sculpturing.
Afterward, start for Shivasamudram waterfall. One the way, stop for lunch.
Afternoon Hours: The spectacular Shivasamudram waterfalls, situated amidst lash green forest is considered as second largest waterfall in India, after Yog Fall, due to the
sheer volume of river Kaveri tumbling down a gorge from a height of 90 m ( Gaganchuki waterfall).
After spending the evening at Shivsamudram, proceed back to Bangalore. On the way, stop for evening tea and snacks. Reach Bangalore by evening.

Schedule:
Day 1: During morning hours, you will be picked up from Bangalore and proceed to a beautiful highway drive to Ooty via Mysore and Bandipur-Mudumalai national forests. As time permits, take a leisure stroll in the Bandipur jungle. Upon reaching Ooty by afternoon, check in to the Hotel. In the evening enjoy various fun activities at Charing Cross – a local market and boating at the picturesque Ooty Lake. Enjoy local food / cuisine at a restaurant
Day 2: After an early breakfast, drive to Lovedale, a small and beautiful railway station amidst deep pine forest. From here take toy train or drive to Coonoor for a panoramic view of rolling tea gardens. Afternoon spend time in Ooty Botanical garden.
Day 3: After breakfast, proceed towards ‘Tea Factory which displays the entire process of tea making. The trip ends with samples of freshly brewed tea. By noon, proceed to your return drive back to Bangalore.
